About the Role:
The Trade & Shopper Manager drives the translation of Brand strategies into winning trade and shopper activation , ensuring excellent in ‑ store execution and sustainable value creation.
The role acts as a key connector between Marketing, Sales and cross‑functional teams , enabling brand growth through clear priorities, strong execution standards and continuous transformation.
Drive in‑store excellence , including assortment, POSM, promotional mechanics and execution guidelines.
Define and monitor field force KPIs (distribution, visibility, activation, pharmacist education) and support Sales Force Incentive alignment.
Collaborate cross ‑ functionally ( Brand, Sales Channesls , RGM, Analytics, Supply, Legal/Regulatory) to ensure value, feasibility and compliance.
