About the Job
The Team Lead Digital Product plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of digital products that align with Allianz' strategic goals and standards. By developing and maintaining a clear product vision,the role drives business and customer value and ensures continuous optimization, CX and process improvement. Leading a team of Digital Product Owners and Business Analysts, the Team Lead fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth, while supporting effective stakeholder management to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Additionally, the role oversees budget tracking and resource allocation for portal solutions, ensuring cost-effective operations and integration into the broader digital ecosystem, fostering re-usability and scalability of solutions.Reporting to the Head of Portal Solutions, this role contributes to the overarching IT strategy and digital roadmap for simplesurance's Portal Solutions Portfolio. The Team Lead plays a key role in translating business goals into actionable product strategies, ensuring alignment with user needs and company objectives, while supporting the Head of Portal Solutions in delivering innovative, scalable, and impactful digital solutions across B2B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of digital products in alignment with simplesurance’s strategic goals, guidelines, and standards.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision that drives business and customer value and foster continuous optimization, CX and process improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of digital product experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.Guide Digital Product Owners and Business Analysts in translating product vision into product backlog.
- Encourage and support of team members in achieving effective and professional internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring successful communication and collaboration.
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless integration of portal solutions into the broader digital ecosystem.
- Track and manage budgets for B2B portal solutions, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness across initiatives.
Bring to the Team
- Proven experience with a focus on leading digital projects and / or managing, developing and running digital solutions, ideally in a multi-country, multi-channel and multi-product context.
- Professional experience in a leadership position, leading multiple digital experts and / or development teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment.
- Solid communication skills, experienced in communication in front of larger audiences, in product presentation or sales context.
- Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering.
- Trained in Agile / Scrum framework.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Advanced in Excel, Power Point and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Teams.
- Fluency in English.
