Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are the first face our guests see – and the last one they remember. In our 166-room hotel, you’ll ensure that every guest feels welcome from check-in to check-out. You’ll report to our Front Office Manager.
- Check-in & Check-out: You welcome our guests, handle their arrival and departure, and make their stay enjoyable from the very first minute.

- Smooth operations: You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly at reception and work closely with colleagues from all departments.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
A passion for hospitality: You enjoy interacting with people and have a genuine smile.- Attitude over CV: Whether you have hotel experience or are changing careers (e.g. from retail, catering or the service sector) – what matters to us is who you are.
- Confident in spoken and written German and English; other languages are a plus.
- Even when things get busy, you remain friendly and keep a clear head.
- Team spirit and reliability.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts, including at weekends – our hotel is open to guests seven days a week. Night shifts are handled by dedicated night auditors.

Additional Information
Your team & your working environment
You’ll be joining a young, ambitious team that’s really passionate about their work – led by a young, dedicated director. Together, we’ve achieved a great deal in a short space of time: improved figures, modernised rooms, and the upgrade from 2 to 3.5 stars.
