Konsum Kiez Caffé-Gelateria e Aperitivo is a vibrant café and gelateria in Munich, offering high-quality coffee, artisanal gelato, and delicious aperitivo specialties in a welcoming atmosphere. To support our growing team, we are currently looking for a motivated and service-oriented Service Staff / Gelato Specialist (m/f/d) for full-time or part-time employment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serving coffee, gelato, and aperitivo specialties with care and presentation
- Taking orders and providing recommendations on our menu
- Operating the POS system and processing payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café and service areas
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Supporting daily opening and closing procedures
- Assisting with inventory and restocking of ingredients and supplies
Your Profile:
- Experience in hospitality, café, or gelateria service is an advantage but not required
- Passion for coffee, gelato, and Italian aperitivo culture
- Friendly, communicative, and customer-focused personality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
- Good German language skills; Italian or English skills are a plus
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends according to schedule
