Allego operates one of Europe's leading EV charging networks. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a German-speaking Sales Associate to support the expansion of our Corporate Fleets business in Germany.
In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, engage potential customers, and help corporate fleets transition to electric mobility.

Identify and engage corporate fleet prospects across Germany

Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers

Research target accounts and market opportunities

Analyze CRM and commercial data to identify high-potential prospects

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce or similar CRM

Support account segmentation and opportunity prioritization

Fluent German and strong English skills

3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or commercial operations

Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

A proactive, structured, and goal-oriented mindset

Experience in B2B sales
