Your Role
This role is for an experienced channel, retail, or partner marketing professional who knows how to drive marketing impact in a large, international technology organization across Lenovo’s full technology portfolio.
The focus is on partner-funded marketing, budget governance, sales alignment, retail/channel execution, and measurable business results across PCs, devices, datacenter infrastructure, services, and solutions — not on content creation, advertising, social media, product fandom, or AI evangelism.
Your Responsibilities
-
Plan and execute channel, retail, distributor, reseller, and partner marketing activities across Lenovo’s full technology portfolio
-
Manage co-marketing budgets, approvals, reporting, proof of performance, and governance requirements
-
Translate global and EMEA priorities into locally relevant marketing execution for DACH
-
Connect PCs, devices, datacenter infrastructure, services, and solutions into clear partner- and customer-facing marketing execution
-
Work closely with sales, partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders in a matrix environment
-
Track results, challenge low-impact requests, and optimize future activities based on business impact
Your Profile
-
Several years of experience in channel, retail, partner, distribution, alliance, or co-marketing within IT, technology, consumer electronics, hardware, software, datacenter infrastructure, services, solutions, or B2B tech
-
Experience in a larger corporate, international, or matrix organization
-
Ability to take a clear stance and confidently defend well-founded decisions, even under pressure
-
Critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge initiatives and prioritize based on strategic value
-
High level of flexibility and openness in a dynamic market environment
-
Proven handling of partner-funded budgets, approvals, reporting, governance, and measurable campaign impact
-
Strong understanding of channel, reseller, distributor, retail, or alliance partner ecosystems
-
Ability to market beyond individual products — connecting PCs, infrastructure, services, and solutions to partner needs and business outcomes
-
Highly structured, accurate, reliable, and confident in challenging unclear priorities or low-impact requests
-
Native-level proficiency in German is required, along with advanced English language skills (both written and spoken) and strong presentation abilities
