Zur Verstärkung unseres Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams suchen wir einen engagierten R&D Development Engineer/Senior Engineer (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie innovative Technologien aktiv mit und begleiten Entwicklungsprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Forschung und Anwendung und tragen maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung zukunftsorientierter Lösungen bei.
Ihre Verantwortung

Initiierung, Konzeption sowie eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten

Analyse der Machbarkeit neuer Technologien, Konzepte und Produktideen auf Basis wissenschaftlicher Methoden
- Durchführung von anwendungsorientierter Forschung sowie Überführung der Ergebnisse in konkrete Entwicklungsansätze

Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Ihres Fachwissens sowie Beobachtung aktueller technologischer Trends und wissenschaftlicher Entwicklungen

Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von Patenten und wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen sowie Koordination interdisziplinärer Projekte
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder ein verwandtes Fach

Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Forschung & Entwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung wissenschaftlicher Methoden sowie in der praktischen Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten

Analytisches Denkvermögen, Innovationskraft und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu kommunizieren

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
