Company Description

Our Financial Systems Team is responsible for system strategies, future roadmaps, development, enhancements, and overall maintenance of our Oracle ERP Cloud and related technology landscape. We work closely with Accounting, Tax, Planning & Controlling, and other business teams to improve financial processes through automation, integrations, and innovative technology solutions.

We are now looking for an Oracle AI Engineer who is passionate about combining Oracle technologies, AI, and automation to build intelligent solutions for a fast-growing organization.

Your new Role

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions on the Oracle platform to automate business and financial processes.
Identify opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the end-user experience.
Develop and integrate AI-driven applications using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other Oracle Cloud services.
Build automation workflows and AI agents using technologies such as n8n, Oracle tools, APIs, and other modern automation frameworks.
Develop scalable applications and services using Java and Python.
Design, build, and deploy Docker-based applications and images for AI and automation workloads.
Integrate AI solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud, databases, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
Work with Oracle OCI services, databases, APIs, integration tools, and other components of the Oracle technology ecosystem.
Develop intelligent integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other modern integration patterns.
Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Evaluate new AI technologies, Oracle AI capabilities, and automation frameworks and identify opportunities to bring them into production.
Ensure that AI and automation solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Your Skills

3+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, automation, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or Oracle Cloud applications.
Practical experience building AI-powered automation solutions or intelligent applications.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
Experience with Docker, containerized applications, and building/deploying Docker images.
Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of databases and SQL, with experience integrating applications with relational or cloud databases.
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, web services, and system integrations.
Familiarity with Oracle tools and technologies such as OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Database, and Oracle AI services is a strong advantage.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or generative AI is highly desirable.
Experience connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications and business processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong English communication skills
