作为云服务团队的初级云服务工程师(外包),您将负责为重点企业客户提供专业的技术支持和云服务保障,协助客户在云平台上构建稳定、高效、安全的业务架构。您将与客户技术团队紧密合作,深入了解客户业务场景,提供从云产品使用、架构优化到问题排查的全方位技术服务。
主要职责
客户技术支持
作为客户云服务的第一线支持,及时响应客户在云产品使用过程中遇到的技术问题,提供专业的解决方案。
架构优化咨询
协助客户分析现有云上架构,提供稳定性优化建议,包括但不限于云上监控、灾难恢复、性能优化、成本控制等方面。
风险治理与保障
主动发现客户云上业务的潜在风险,进行定期巡检和健康检查,制定风险治理方案,确保客户业务稳定性。
技术文档编写
编写清晰、规范的技术文档,包括问题解决方案、最佳实践、操作手册等,帮助客户更好地理解和使用云服务。
产品反馈与改进
收集客户对云产品和服务的使用反馈,推动产品优化和改进,提升客户满意度。
团队协作
与内部产品、研发、运维等团队紧密协作,确保客户问题得到及时有效的解决。

Position Overview
As a Junior Cloud Service Engineer (Outsourced) within the Cloud Services Team, you will be responsible for providing professional technical support and cloud service assurance to key enterprise customers. You will assist customers in building stable, efficient, and secure architectures on cloud platforms. Working closely with customer technical teams, you will gain a deep understanding of their business scenarios and deliver comprehensive technical services ranging from cloud product usage and architecture optimization to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Technical Support
Serve as the first line of support for customers’ cloud services, responding promptly to technical issues encountered during the use of cloud products and providing professional solutions.
Architecture Optimization Consulting
Assist customers in analyzing their existing cloud architectures and provide recommendations for improving stability, including but not limited to cloud monitoring, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and cost management.
Risk Management and Service Assurance
Proactively identify potential risks within customers’ cloud environments, conduct regular inspections and health checks, develop risk mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity and service stability.
Technical Documentation
Create clear and well-structured technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, operational manuals, and solution documents, to help customers better understand and utilize cloud services.
Product Feedback and Improvement
Gather customer feedback on cloud products and services, contribute to product enhancement initiatives, and help improve overall customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
1–3 years of relevant work experience. Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.
Language Skills
* Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
* Chinese language proficiency is required, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in a professional environment.
Technical Foundation
* Familiarity with Linux operating systems and commonly used Linux commands.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and related protocols.
