About the Role:
The Manager of Real Estate – Capital Projects (EMEA) is an integral part of Latham’s Global Real Estate team. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of capital projects across the firm’s global portfolio, with a primary focus on Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA), while executing office fit-outs, renovations, and workplace initiatives. This role will be located in our Frankfurt office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

Independently managing smaller projects from planning through delivery, and supporting senior team leadership on larger and more complex projects
-
Managing project budgets, schedules, and financial tracking, including monitoring variances and supporting reporting
-
Coordinating project documentation, including contracts, procurement materials, schedules, approvals, and reporting deliverables
-
Supporting procurement processes, including preparation of RFPs, bid evaluations, and vendor coordination
-
Assisting in managing third-party consultants, including project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors

Possess working knowledge of design and construction processes and project delivery methodologies

Display strong attention to detail and ability to review and assess quality of work on site

Demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify issues early
And have:

Experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction

Experience delivering or supporting office fit-out and capital projects, preferably
-
Experience in a professional services or corporate environment, preferably
-
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
