Myonex is seeking an experienced Supervisor (m,f,d) to lead our Project Management Team in Berlin, Germany.

Since 2022, Myonex Berlin is our Germany facility. With a long-standing experience in primary/secondary packaging and small batch-size IMP manufacturing capabilities, the Berlin facility brings expert and flexible support to early-stage clinical trials.
As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a Supervisor to join the Berlin team.

About the Role:
As the Supervisor, you will lead a team of eight employees in Berlin ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations wile driving team performance and continuous improvement. You will be working closely with the Manager in France and help align local operations with business objectives and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight employees.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and KPI targets are achieved.

Plan and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Act as the key liaison between the Germany based team and the French Manager.

Monitor performance, analyse operational data, and implement improvement plans.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in an operational environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organsational skills.

Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to managecmpeting priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
