Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Support the G2M strategy in EMEA for defense business
Analyze market data, independent reports, Infineon’s revenue dashboards and DWIN funnel in order to create a comprehensive market model and identify areas for revenue increase or new business development
Provide up-to-date analytics on the current status and future development of the business, providing the structure for regular internal reports and Bluebook presentations
Frequently engage with internal stakeholders across the whole company, sales and distribution channels
Contribute to pricing guidelines, maximizing value, supporting negotiations, and quoting
Engage with key customers to strengthen business relationships, identify opportunities, and shape Infineon’s aerospace and defense strategy
Regularly engage with other PLs and regional marketing stakeholders for product and application-related content; build a full application management collateral portfolio for defense applications
Maximize design-wins and revenue across all EMEA Defense customers in support of sales
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
As a Staff Specialist Business Development, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Lastly, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.
Degree in Engineering or Mathematics/Physics, or similar
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management, business development, customer engagement, or data analysis within the technology industry
Familiarity with Infineon’s portfolio and capability to develop in-depth expertise based on customer requests
Proactive approach and capability to adapt to dynamic responsibilities in a new, growing team; being a positive team player is a must
Experience working in cross-functional teams and customer engagement, including proven experience with customer relationship and portefolio management
Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with key customers
Excellent communication ability, with fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian as a plus
Proven expertise in big data management and elaboration, as well as capability to develop and deploy data management systems in short order
Extensive AI expertise in elaborating complex data sets at corporate level, with proven experience in agentic AI
