WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Digital Experience Manager, you optimize the digital customer journey across app and web, turning insights into actions that drive customer value, brand perception and digital growth. You lead commercial digital planning and manage continuous optimization of the digital experience in line with QCP and global guidelines.
You will:

Translate the commercial plan into daily digital site activities across customer groups, including content publishing and navigation.

Optimize digital performance across app and web in line with the commercial plan and global guidelines.

Analyse sales performance, web analytics, customer behaviour and test results to identify actions that improve digital sales, profitability, brand perception and customer value.

Review outcomes from tests and actions, share learnings and turn insights into recommendations for local teams and global partners.

Continuously monitor and optimise delivery, payment and return options to support profitable digital growth.

Drive the implementation of post-purchase strategies, new capabilities and roll-outs, and manage interactions with customer support, raising incidents with Global and Business Tech when needed.

Lead, coach and develop the E-com Leads team, setting direction, supporting prioritisation and securing strong execution across customer groups

Plan digital execution together with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Lead, and work closely with the Commercial Business Analyst on analysis, testing and performance follow-up.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will lead the E-com Leads team in Sales Market DE and work closely with the Commercial Manager, Commercial Lead and Commercial Business Analyst. You will also collaborate with customer support teams, product teams, Business Tech and global digital functions to secure aligned planning and smooth execution across digital touchpoints.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.

5+ years’ experience in eCommerce or digital commerce, preferably within fashion or retail.

Experience working with the digital ecosystem, its capabilities and interdependencies across app and web.

Experience leading, coaching and developing a team in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Experience driving cross-functional collaboration in a complex environment.

Willingness to travel between Berlin and Hamburg based on business needs.

This is a full-time position, based in Berlin or Hamburg, following a hybrid working model with four days per week in the office. The role also requires willingness to travel between Berlin and Hamburg based on business needs
