We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to support business growth through sales initiatives like cold calling, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and market research. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting brand growth.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads, cold calling them.
- Support creation of marketing content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials
- Manage and update CRM/customer databases
- Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Requirements
Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Management, or related field in Germany
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, and growth strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Basic understanding of market research and analytics
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
