- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field (e.g. food science, pharmaceutical sciences, cosmetology/hairdressing with strong scientific focus), with minimum 3 years of professional experience in cosmetic formulation development and/or relevant applied academic research
