- Successfully completed qualification as a journeyman joiner
- Willingness to work on a double-shift basis (possibly triple-shift basis)
- Motivated and willing to learn
- A team player who is able to work flexibly
- Ability to work independently and a high awareness of quality
- Good German language skills, English skills would be advantageous
- Independent operation of state-of-the-art wood processing machines
- Assembly of individual components
