- Plan and execute photo and video productions for Henkel Consumer Brands across our two in-house studios in Düsseldorf and on external locations

Own the pre-production process: supplier briefings, talent and art buying coordination, shot lists, and set preparation

Independently steer shoots, managing timelines and stakeholder alignment from kick-off through delivery

Support senior producers on larger productions such as TV campaigns and multi-brand shoots

Manage day-to-day studio operations: production calendar, cost tracking, and supplier coordination

Collaborate closely with brand teams to translate creative briefs into efficient production plans

Contribute to the development of our ways of working, from AI-assisted workflows to production tools like Wrike

Communicate with internal clients and stakeholders across all production phases
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, media, marketing, communications, or a comparable field

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in content production or project management (agency or in-house)

Strong organizational skills and a calm, confident presence, even when several things happen at once on set

Hands-on mentality with a proactive working style and confidence handling budgets, timelines, and cost estimates

Fluent English required, German is a plus
