What you can expect
Hands-on management: Planning and coordinating a small, effective technical team (currently 3 technicians + you as lead), together with the Resort Operations Manager and the Area Technical Manager
Property management: Ensuring the maintenance, inspection and upkeep of technical systems.
Property management: Responsibility for the upkeep of the apartments, including the organisation and execution of minor repairs directly on site.
Interface management: Coordination and review of services provided by external service providers and specialist firms.
On-site contact person: You are the first point of contact for technical issues
Project management: Overseeing and implementing smaller construction projects, such as room renovations.
Organisation: Independent task management and monitoring of safety and fire safety regulations.
Digital data management: Responsibility for maintaining and updating our digital master data lists in facility management
What you bring along
Basic requirements: A technical or trade-based qualification; a master craftsman’s qualification is welcome but not essential.
Experience: Ideally, you have already worked in the hospitality industry or in facility management.
Can-do attitude: You are solution-oriented, enjoy working in a team and can keep a clear overview even when things get busy.
Digital literacy: Confident use of MS Office or Google Drive.
