Werkstudent Human Resources (m/w/d)
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Unterstützung der HR Business Partner und der Personalleitung im Tagesgeschäft
Mitarbeit bei lokalen sowie internationalen HR Projekten
Unterstützung bei Ausbildungsthemen wie z.B. Recruiting, Messen, Ausbildungsbetreuung
Unterstützung bei der Reisekostenabrechnung
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
Ihr Profil:
Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Ähnliches
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resource Management
Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Prozessen
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP Success Factors Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkentnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit, Genauigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
