Gear4music, one of Europe’s leading retailers of musical instruments and music equipment, is looking for a motivated Product Data Assistant (Working Student) to join our Berlin team as soon as possible.
Located in the vibrant Boxhagener Kiez district, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within an international e-commerce business while benefiting from student-friendly scheduling around your studies.
In this role, you will help ensure the quality and accuracy of our product information, contributing to the best possible shopping experience for our customers. You will work alongside international teams and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, product data management, and digital business processes.
Identifying and matching products across multiple platforms
Reviewing product information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Investigating and correcting incorrect product associations
Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution
Excellent written and spoken English
German language skills are advantageous but not essential
Good knowledge of musical instruments and music equipment, and the ability to understand and compare technical product specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with spreadsheets and digital tools
Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner
What We Offer
Hourly rate: €15.00 gross per hour
20 hours per week with student-friendly scheduling
Working days and hours can be arranged around your university timetable, within our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm)
Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
Practical experience within an international e-commerce business
Collaboration with colleagues across multiple European countries
Fully on-site role based in our Berlin office
