Responsibilities:
- Inputting orders into the corporate software system.
- Recording packing slips and invoices.
- Overseeing inventory within the company system.
- Delivering an outstanding customer service experience both online and offline.
- Acting as an "administrative center," executing secretarial tasks such as responding to phone calls and inquiries, and directing correspondence to the relevant department.
- Managing basic inquiries and organizing mail.
- Duplicating, scanning, and organizing documents.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in using office machinery (e.g., optical scanners).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, along with multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a customer service team.
- Demonstrates attentiveness and patience.
