Deine Aufgaben:
- Du leitest den Store eigenverantwortlich und trägst die Verantwortung für die Personal-, Wareneinsatz-, Umsatz- und Budgetplanung.
- Du führst das operative Tagesgeschäft und arbeitest aktiv im Store mit.
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team und gehst als Vorbild voran.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter.
- Du erstellst Dienst- und Urlaubspläne und sorgst für einen optimalen Personaleinsatz.
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicher.
- Du verantwortest die Warenwirtschaft sowie die Bestandskontrolle.
- Du überwachst die Kassenführung und Kassenabrechnung.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards sicher.
- Du analysierst wichtige Kennzahlen wie Umsatz, Produktivität, Personalkosten und Wareneinsatz und leitest Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung ab.
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Suche, Auswahl und Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter.
- Du setzt Qualitäts- und Serviceziele und sorgst für eine hohe Gästezufriedenheit.
- Du entwickelst bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen.

Your responsibilities:
- You take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store, including staff planning, labour costs, inventory management, sales performance and budget control.
- You lead the daily operations while actively working alongside your team.
- You recruit, lead, motivate and develop your team, setting the standard through your own example.
- You are responsible for onboarding and training new employees.
- You create staff schedules and holiday plans to ensure efficient workforce planning.
- You ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- You oversee inventory management and stock control.
- You are responsible for cash handling and cash reconciliation.
- You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
- You monitor key business metrics such as sales, productivity, labour costs and food costs, and implement continuous improvements.
- You actively support the recruitment and selection of new employees.
- You set quality and customer service goals to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- You continuously improve operational processes and work closely with the management team.
