POSITION SUMMARY
As a Rental Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the administrative, contractual and financial management of the leasing portfolio. You ensure accurate contract administration, timely invoicing, and reliable financial reporting, enabling effective portfolio control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Managing and maintaining lease agreements, addenda, and tenant files
- Process rent adjustments, indexations (CPI), turnover rent, and service charges
- Handling lease administration in SAP and ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare and issue invoices for rent, service charges, and turnover rent invoices
- Manage incoming payments, receivables and monitoring debts
- Supporting service charge reconciliations and financial reporting
- Act as a key contact for tenants and internal stakeholders
- Handling rental guarantees and supporting risk management
Contribute to process improvements and system optimization

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification (preferably in Real Estate or a related field)
- At least 3 years of experience in property or rental management
- Strong understanding of lease contracts, financial processes, and administration
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
