Your tasks:
- Assembly of ventilation components and ventilation ducts/pipes (thick- and thin-walled) according to drawings
- Fabrication of supports and flange connections, including welding
- Repair of ventilation components and piping systems
- Material assembly based on parts lists
- Supervision of subcontractors
- Installation of ventilation system components
- Functional testing of all onboard Noske-Kaeser systems
- Documentation and progress reporting
Education:
- Completed vocational training as a structural mechanic or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the plumbing and heating sector, preferably in shipbuilding
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience (>= 5 years) in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), preferably in shipbuilding
- Independent, professional, and structured working style; team- and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel
- Class B driver's license
- Prospect of successfully passing a security clearance check
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a high level of commitment
- Good German language skills; English skills are welcome
