- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Law, Security Management, Criminology, Criminal Psychology, or a comparable qualification

Relevant professional experience in corporate internal investigations and/or the enforcement of intellectual property or brand protection rights, for example as part of a forensic team at a professional services firm or within a corporate investigations team

Strong understanding of the legal aspects of internal investigations, particularly in the areas of data protection, employment law, and criminal law

Ideally, initial experience in corporate threat management, including both the identification of risks and the implementation of preventive security measures

Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and communicate them clearly and effectively

Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
