End-to-end ownership of all A/B tests and personalization campaigns – from ideation to impact measurement

Development, conceptualization, implementation, and analysis of personalization campaigns and A/B tests

Close collaboration with UX, design, webshop development, analytics, and other stakeholders, as well as with online marketing to ensure a holistic user experience

Preparation of test results and active communication of insights within the organization

Creation of briefings for designers and developers, as well as validation of technical specifications

Continuous monitoring of campaign performance, identification of scaling potentials, and derivation of actionable recommendations
