Counterfight (Stington & Partner Legal GmbH) is a legal-tech company turning music usage on social media into licensed revenue for rights holders — without takedowns or friction. The model works, the pipeline is live, and we're signing clients. We're looking for a Founders Associate to work directly alongside the founder in Munich and build the operational backbone of the company: the processes, frameworks, and infrastructure that turn a working idea into a company that runs and scales.
- Own and build the operational infrastructure behind our core pipeline: detection outreach contracts revenue
- Design the processes and frameworks for client onboarding, case management, and reporting so nothing falls through the cracks
- Establish the internal systems, tooling, and documentation a scaling company needs — and keep them running without youTurn ad-hoc, founder-dependent processes into structured, repeatable playbooks
- Spot whatever is broken, missing, or blocking the founder from selling — and build the fixTake on the things no one else is doing yet, across ops, BD support, and projects
- 1–3 years in operations, project management, consulting, founders-associate, or a similar role (early-stage startup experience a strong plus)
- A structured, systems-oriented mind — you naturally turn chaos into process
- Comfort with data and business tools, and the ability to pick up new software fast
- A proactive ownership mindset: you run toward undefined problems and come back with a repeatable answer0-to-1 instinct — you've built something from nothing where the spec was "figure it out"
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- Bonus: interest or background in legal-tech, music, or rights management
- A front-row seat next to the founder — you'll learn how a legal-tech company is actually built, sold, and scaled, from the inside
