Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for reliable, motivated and guest-oriented candidates who are already living in Germany and are legally permitted to work in Germany.
Due to our international hotel teams and guest profile, additional communication skills in the following languages are particularly welcome:
- Hindi
- Urdu
- Punjabi
- Bangla/Bengali
- Nepali
These languages do not need to be the candidate’s mother tongue. Candidates will be assessed based on their communication skills, suitability for the position, experience and legal work authorisation.

Important Language RequirementsHousekeeping
Basic German is sufficient for many housekeeping positions.
Candidates with German at A1 or A2 level, or candidates who can manage basic workplace communication in German, may be considered.
Previous housekeeping, hotel-cleaning or professional-cleaning experience is preferred.
Reception
Good German is mandatory for reception positions.
For most reception vacancies, German at a minimum level of B1 is required.
Some highly guest-facing reception positions may require B2 German or above.
Good English communication skills are also required or strongly preferred.
Service
Good German is mandatory for service positions.
For most service vacancies, German at a minimum level of B1 is required.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
1. Housekeeping – 300 VacanciesMain Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms
- Cleaning bathrooms and public areas
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Replenishing guest supplies and room amenities
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items
- Following hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Supporting room inspections and room-status updates
- Coordinating with reception and housekeeping supervisors
- Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel
Candidate Requirements
- Basic German is sufficient
- A1/A2 German or practical basic communication may be accepted
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
- English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla or Nepali skills are an advantage

2. Reception – 200 VacanciesMain Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
- Supporting check-in and check-out
- Managing reservations and guest information
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints
- Processing payments after training
- Using hotel-management systems after training
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, service and hotel management
- Supporting international guests using available language skills
- Completing shift handovers and basic administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements
- Good German is mandatory
- Minimum B1 German is generally required
- B2 or higher may be required for strongly guest-facing roles
- Good English communication skills

- Supporting guests in breakfast, restaurant or event-service areas
- Preparing and cleaning service areas
- Serving food and beverages
- Supporting breakfast and buffet operations
- Responding to guest requests
- Replenishing buffet items and service supplies
- Following hygiene, food-safety and service standards
- Coordinating with the kitchen, reception and hotel management
- Supporting other hotel departments during busy periods
Candidate Requirements

Für Housekeeping sind grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse ausreichend. Erfahrung im Housekeeping oder in der Reinigung ist von Vorteil.
Für Rezeption und Service sind gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich. In der Regel wird mindestens Deutsch auf Niveau B1 erwartet.
Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla oder Nepali sind aufgrund unseres internationalen Teams und unserer Gästestruktur besonders willkommen.
Eine kostenpflichtige Unterkunft kann je nach Standort und Verfügbarkeit am Hotel oder in der Nähe angeboten werden.
