- Technical and managerial oversight of the service station in Arnstadt (currently 5 employees, in the future 10 employees) and the service station in Dahlewitz
- Active involvement in the planning and construction of the Dahlewitz Service Station
- Managing and developing the locations based on relevant key performance indicators
- Representing the service stations to customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with corporate objectives, quality standards, and processes
- Strategic and operational expansion of local service activities
- Further developing and strengthening the local supply chain as well as existing professional and partner networks
- Conducting process analyses and initiating and implementing continuous improvement measures
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience, ideally in the service sector or a similar technical organization
- A strong sense of responsibility, decisiveness, and assertiveness
- Proficiency in common IT applications (MS Office; ideally SAP or similar systems)
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English is essential in our international environment
