Comarch is a global provider of specialized IT solutions, serving clients in over 100 countries across 4 continents. With more than 30 years of stability and growth, we deliver ERP software, financial tools and advanced technology infrastructures - combining the resources of an established international brand with an entrepreneurial way of working.
As HR Manager for the DACH region and France, you will own the regional HR agenda end to end: shaping local HR strategy, rolling out Group-wide policies, and adapting both to local legal frameworks and cultural context. This is a role that combines strategic scope with hands-on operational responsibility.
You will act as a trusted partner to the local executive board, with a dual reporting line: to the General Manager CEE and to the Chief People Officer (CPO) of the ERP Sector. Navigating this matrix setup - and building credibility on both sides of it - is a core part of the job.
- Regional HR strategy : Design, execute and scale the HR strategy across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France; define performance benchmarks for local HR functions and track organizational health metrics
- Group alignment & localization : Roll out Group-wide HR programs - performance management, L&D, compensation & benefits, talent frameworks - and adapt them to local legal and cultural requirements
- Business partnering : Advise multi-level regional managers on organizational design, succession planning, leadership development and performance management
- Employee lifecycle : Own the end-to-end employee experience: onboarding, wellbeing and retention initiatives, and the use of exit data for continuous improvement
- Compliance : Ensure employment frameworks, documentation and internal regulations comply with local labor law, with a primary focus on German legal structures
- Culture & change : Support business and cultural transformation in the region and anchor Comarch Group values within local teams
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as an HR Manager, Senior HRBP or in a comparable international HR leadership role, with a proven track record in the DACH market
- Languages : Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken) is required. French is a strong asset
- Labor law: Sound, practical knowledge of German labor law. Familiarity with Austrian, Swiss or French employment frameworks is an advantage
- Data & systems : Hands-on experience with modern HRIS/HCM platforms and HR analytics; able to turn talent metrics into business decisions
- Matrix leadership : Collaborative and proactive working style, strong negotiation skills, and the cultural intelligence to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
- Mobility : Willingness to travel regularly within the region
- Real ownership: You co-create the HR blueprint for one of our most strategic European regions - this is a build role, not an administration role
- Direct access to decision-makers: Close collaboration with the General Manager and the CPO, with a clear mandate to drive organizational change
- Hybrid work model: 3 days from the office, 2 days remotely
- Modern toolkit: AI-supported ways of working and the Google Workspace ecosystem
- Attractive employee discounts in various local and online stores
