Working closely with Clinical Specialists and cross-functional teams, you'll drive product evaluations, clinical assessments and customer education programmes that support technology adoption and long-term account growth.
A significant part of the role will involve prospecting, pipeline development and competitive conversions. You'll be expected to uncover opportunities, challenge incumbent suppliers and create compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of Cell Saver® and Haemostasis Management solutions.
You'll also act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate evolving clinical and economic pressures while providing valuable market feedback to Sales, Marketing and R&D teams.
We're seeking a resilient and commercially minded sales professional with a passion for winning business and developing new opportunities.
You will bring:

-
A proactive mindset, strong business acumen and a hunger to grow market share
-
The confidence to compete in challenging environments and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important territory with significant growth potential. You'll work with innovative technologies that directly impact patient outcomes while enjoying the autonomy to shape your business, develop winning strategies and make a visible contribution to the success of the organisation.
If you're energised by the challenge of competing in a dynamic market, building new business and influencing clinical practice, we'd love to hear from you.
