For our US team, we are looking for an Event Project Manager (m/f/d). The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings.

- As an organizational talent, you independently plan and implement national and international events in various event formats.
- You are an experienced consultant to clients and stakeholders.
- Always keeping an eye on the project timeline, you know exactly when and how to manage what.

You know how to motivate your project team to achieve common goals and work closely with our Creation, Operations, and Production.
- During the entire project, you keep an eye on the budget, prepare and analyze reports as part of project controlling and also take over the project closure.
- You travel to our (inter-)national events and provide competent on-site support to our clients as well as participants.
- A background in event, project, or hospitality management is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and executing corporate meetings and conferences (digital, hybrid, live) is required; event compliance or pharma industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are expected.
- Interest in event industry trends and new technologies helps drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event tools such as Cvent is required.
- Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, Teams, or ClickMeeting is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

- We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for this role is $74,000-80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
