(Senior) Art Director (m/w/d)
TLGG is seeking a visionary (Senior) Art Director (m/w/d) to lead in crafting cutting-edge visual concepts that resonate across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, steering the creative process from concept to execution. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, and project managers to deliver exceptional 360-degree campaigns with a strong Social focus. Your leadership and keen eye for design will be pivotal in creating impactful content that drives results for our automotive clients. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for Social campaigns.

Lead and develop the visual direction for one of the biggest automotive clients in the world, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Oversee photoshoots, video productions, and post-production processes.

Present ideas and concepts to clients, while fostering strong relationships and guiding aesthetic decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and strategists, to bring campaigns to life – even across agencies.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth and development.
Requirements:

Several years of experience in an agency environment.

Proven experience working with automotive clients is essential.

Strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for detail.

Expertise in both traditional and AI-aided Art Direction.

Experience with production processes, including photoshoots, video shoots, and post-production.

A portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver creative solutions across multiple platforms, ideally including car stuff.

Excellent communication skills, including fluency in english, and the ability to present ideas confidently to clients.
