We are looking forward to strengthen our team at Nuremberg Albrecht Dürer Airport with one or more full-time
in a 3-Shift Operation, Focus on Worldwide Medical Transportation
Responsibilities:
Organization and coordination of worldwide air ambulance flights
Preparation of quotations, cost estimates, and order processing to increase revenue and sales figures
Acting as an interface between customers and the medical team
Close coordination with flight service dispatchers in the area of resource and operational planning
Support and coordination for international customers, service providers and business partners
Requirements:
Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service
Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a professional, friendly telephone manner
Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
High self-motivation, team spirit and a structured working style
Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night)
Confident use of common PC programs and CRM systems
