FAI Medical Services GmbH (dba FAI Air Ambulance), member of FAI Aviation Group, is offering 24/7 worldwide air ambulance service for the insurance and assistance industry, as well as governmental agencies, relief organizations, corporate and private clients.
To reinforce our team at Nuremberg Albrecht Dürer Airport, we are seeking a full-time
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations, cost estimates, and order processing to increase revenue and sales figures
- Organization and coordination of worldwide air ambulance flights
- Acting as an interface between customers and the medical team
- Close coordination with flight service dispatchers in the area of resource and operational planning
- Support and coordination for international customers, service providers, and business partners
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service / service center
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a professional, friendly telephone manner
- Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- High self-motivation, team spirit, and a structured working style
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night)
- Confident use of common PC programs and CRM systems
