Customer Service and Contract Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Ensuring customer service in person or over the phone
- Contract drafting/contract management (electricity and gas supply contracts)
- Preparation of quotations in close cooperation with the sales department
- Processing meter readings / registrations / cancellations and customer relocations
- Recording and processing of customer data in our IT system
- Accounting / Clarification of customer payment arrears
- Support in day-to-day business
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training (office management assistant or industrial clerk)
- Confident, friendly, and competent customer service
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with our IT systems for the energy industry (NAVISION)
- Confident use of MS Office
- Structured, independent, and dependable approach to work
- Team spirit, commitment
- Participation in further training and qualification measures
