Regional Manager Team Leader
Location：Stuttgart、Nürnberg、Frankfurt
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the performance within the region, including the achievement of store coverage targets, as well as the fulfillment of repeat purchase and replenishment goals.
2. Undertake offline store team management work covering recruitment, training and performance evaluation; complete daily, weekly and monthly data collection and management, and supervise the execution of daily working standards.
3. Analyze the market launch performance of core products, submit market optimization proposals to the headquarters, and define the requirements of sales incentive policies and marketing activities for each product line.
Job Requirements
1. Have solid working experience and excellent performance record as a BA, with clear career ambition for long-term development in retail management.
2. Be able to conduct cross-functional collaboration to achieve core KPIs; possess excellent communication skills, elementary team management ability, as well as data analysis and report writing capabilities.
3. Fluent in German and English for business communication, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
4. Hold a valid German driving license and be able to use personal vehicles for field sales visits in the assigned region.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for data processing, analysis and formal report output.
