External Interfaces & Outsourcing Oversight
Lead and manage outsourcing activities and act as primary interface to regulatory authorities, scientific institutions, and industry networks.
Risk Assessment & Scientific Decision-Making
Evaluate scientific risks in areas with uncertain data, assess medium-term impact, and ensure informed decision-making in line with strategic and regulatory requirements.
Organizational Complexity & Conflict Management
