Build and implement the digital process landscape for manufacturing operations

Translate operational challenges into scalable digital systems and workflows

Develop business applications and automation solutions that reduce manual work

Create production dashboards and data visibility tools for shop-floor teams and leadership

Ensure that each production station has the information it needs to perform, while data is aggregated centrally

Continuously improve systems so manufacturing can scale without losing speed or reliability

Work closely with the Head of Manufacturing to ensure systems support operational priorities
Note: We are looking for a coordinator with a basic technical background — not a Software Engineer.
You enjoy solving real operational problems and turning them into clear systems and processes that work in practice. You take ownership of your work and operate with a strong sense of responsibility for the impact your systems have on the teams using them.
Must-Have Requirements

Experience with business applications, workflow automation, or operational systems

Experience working in manufacturing, operations, logistics, engineering, or similar operational environments

Experience with manufacturing digitalization or Industry 4.0 environments

Experience with workflow automation platforms, reporting tools, or operational dashboards

Experience with operational data analysis, KPI tracking, or production reporting

Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting platforms

Understanding of operational data flows, system integrations, and digital manufacturing processes

Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and how systems communicate and exchange information

Experience with ERP or manufacturing-related software systems

Strong process thinking and systems mindset

Ability to translate operational challenges into structured digital solutions

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
