Your skills & qualifications:
- A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in aerospace systems and technical operations
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role with accountability for operational and administrative outcomes
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a methodical, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer-focused service
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations with valuable experience in Part 21 processes
- Excellent command of English and German; French is a plus
