Mobile Locker is a fast-growing international company offering smart locker solutions at festivals, events, and permanent locations across Europe.
We are looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of every project after the sales handover and ensures everything is executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard — both from the office and on the ground.
Responsibilities

Taking over projects from the sales team and managing the full briefing and handover process

Coordinating purchasing and procurement in close collaboration with the supply chain team

Planning and overseeing installations end-to-end: transport, materials, technicians, and timing

Travelling to project sites across Europe to oversee and actively participate in installations

Taking a hands-on role on-site during installation and setup

Monitoring and safeguarding quality throughout the entire project lifecycle

Keeping clients informed on project progress, timelines, and any relevant updates

Training and onboarding clients after successful installation

Serving as the main point of contact for the end client — by phone and email — from handover to delivery

Proactively identifying and resolving issues, delays, or deviations
Requirements

You are open to regular travel across Europe for project installations (60 - 70%)

You have a strong sense of structure and oversight, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously

You work accurately and never lose track of the details

You communicate proactively — both internally and towards clients

You are hands-on and have no issue getting on-site and rolling up your sleeves

You take full ownership of your projects from start to finish

You switch easily between strategic planning and operational execution

You are stress-resistant and solve problems quickly and pragmatically

You collaborate well across teams — sales, supply chain, and field technicians

Excellent knowledge of German and English (required) - Other languages are a strong plus

Experience in project management, operations, or a coordinating role is a strong asset

Background in technical installations or field operations is a strong plus

Knowledge of electrical systems or basic electrical work is a strong asset
