The Role
Regumed seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for our BICOM, BBC (Bioresonance Body Check), and QUINT product lines. This is a strategic role that bridges clinical innovation, market opportunity, and business execution. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer with a dottedline relationship to the CEO, ensuring alignment on company-wide strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute product strategy for BICOM, BBC, and QUINT product lines across EU and international markets
- Develop and refine product roadmaps aligned with market demand, clinical evidence, and business objectives
- Conduct market analysis, competitive positioning, and identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion, Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and clinical teams to translate market needs into product requirements
- Lead product launch initiatives, including feature prioritization, go-to-market strategy, and resource allocation
- Manage product lifecycle, including development phases, clinical validation, regulatory submission, and postmarket performance
Market & Customer Insights
- Gather voice-of-customer insights from therapists, physicians, and distributors to inform product decisions
- Analyze usage data, clinical outcomes, and market trends to guide optimization priorities
- Liaise with Medical Advisory Board and key opinion leaders to ensure clinical alignment
Commercial Management
- Develop pricing strategies, sales enablement materials, and support deployment through distribution channels
- Monitor product profitability, margin performance, and recommend cost optimization opportunities
- Track KPIs, market share, and competitive positioning; report regularly to COO and executive team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or regulated industries
- Fluency in German, Chinese, and English (spoken and written); ability to work seamlessly across German headquarters and Asian markets
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product launches from concept to commercial success
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret clinical data, market research, and business metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with cloud-based products, SaaS models, or digital health solutions preferred
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in international market expansion, particularly Asia-Pacific or emerging markets
- Experience with machine learning, AI, or data analytics applications in healthcare
- Project management
- Published clinical research or peer-reviewed experience
