You will play a key role in building a globally aligned pricing management system that enables faster, more transparent and fact-based commercial decision-making across the CHT Group
You are responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient pricing operations across Germany, the Business Divisions and the global organization
You lead, develop and support the local Pricing team as well as global Business Partners in their day-to-day pricing activities
You define, implement and continuously improve a global pricing operating model (processes, structures, roles, and responsibilities)
You drive standardization across regions and Business Divisions while balancing local business needs and global governance requirements
You establish pricing frameworks, guardrails, thresholds and approval logic to ensure transparent, consistent and scalable decision-making
You align pricing rules, escalation paths and deviation handling with Sales, Business Development, Controlling and other key stakeholders
You drive the implementation of pricing processes in ERP and IT systems and reduce manual, Excel-based workflows
You create pricing performance transparency through relevant KPIs, dashboards and fact-based input for commercial decisions
You foster cross-functional collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across regions, functions and hierarchy levels
You bring a degree in business, sales, finance or a comparable qualification, combined with a strong commercial and process-oriented mindset
You have experience in an international, medium-sized company environment and know how to navigate global matrix organizations effectively
You are experienced in building, implementing and improving cross-functional processes, governance models and scalable organizational structures
You can translate strategic objectives into practical systems, processes and execution plans
You have worked at the interface of Sales, Finance, Operations and Business Development; pricing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
You combine strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders across different regions and practices
You are comfortable balancing hands-on execution with the long-term build-up of systems, standards and governance
You bring solid understanding of ERP systems, pricing tools, and data structures (e.g. SAP, Excel skills, …); negotiation or conflict management is a plus
You communicate confidently in business fluent English across hierarchy levels and combine strategic thinking with pragmatic problem-solving
