Your Responsibilities
Development, further Development, and management of a standardized IT PMO Framework
- Planning and Management of the IT Project Portfolio from initiation into operation
- Responsibility for Transformation and Process Optimization Projects in close Collaboration with ICT, Finance, HR and Operational Units, identifying opportunities to automate PMO processes using RPA, workflow tools, AI, etc
- Oversee the integration of AI-Tools into PMO systems and promote data literacy and AI adoption across the PMO and project teams
- Participate and optimize further development of the ERP landscape
- Background in managing IT projects and implementing digitalization and automation methodologies
- Lead multidisciplinary Project Teams and manage external partners
- Ensure IT Governance, compliance, and support change management
Your Profile
Completed degree in Information Systems, (business) informatics, project management or a comparable field, along with several years of professional experience in relevant areas
- Good knowledge of project management methods, certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable
- Knowledge of RPA platforms (ie. Power Automate), low‑code tools, and data analytics platforms
- Strong competencies in data analytics and experience in business process improvement
- Excellent English language skills and strong abilities in stakeholder management
