Transfer Multisort Elektronik ist ein führender Distributor für elektronische Komponenten. Für unseren Standort in Leipzig suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung im Vertriebsinnendienst.
In dieser Rolle betreust du unsere Kund:innen telefonisch und per E-Mail, bearbeitest Anfragen und Bestellungen und arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst sowie unserer internationalen Zentrale zusammen.
Das erwartet dich
- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Angeboten
- Betreuung unserer Kund:innen per E-Mail und Telefon
- Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Unterstützung unserer Außendienstmitarbeiter:innen
- Mitarbeit an persönlichen und gemeinsamen Vertriebszielen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Zentrale auf Englisch
Das bringst du mit
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder in der Kundenbetreuung ist von Vorteil
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise auf B1- bis B2-Niveau
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
