What You'll Do-
Drive production output, availability & efficiency through bottleneck management.
- Manage team of 4+ Supervisors along with the headcount under their organizations.

Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to maximize reliability, availability, and continued operation.

Plan and coordinate with Maintenance and Operations Supervisors on working plans including daily work, preventive and predictive maintenance and Shutdowns.

Responsible to create, track, use & improve metrics and KPIs for productivity, safety, cost, quality and yield.

Communicate and work with Maintenance Engineering to identify short term and long term needs related to spare parts.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with process documentation for standardized work.
- Promote cross training, job flexibility and versatility of staff, including development of training schedule.
- Ensure all safety rules are enforced.

Collaborate with Body Management, Maintenance, Operations and Engineering teams to develop and execute production ramps.

Understand machine capacity, create machine line loads and implement equipment contingency plans.

Coordinate sub-contracting within the plant and follow up on work performed to ensure safety, equipment availability and efficiency.

Work with cross-functional team to create efficient job station layouts
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experienc within a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.

Demonstrated track record of managing large, multi-level teams including supervisors and technicians.

Strong expertise in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

Experience driving production output, equipment availability, and efficiency through structured bottleneck management.

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Skilled in developing and tracking KPIs and metrics across safety, productivity, cost, quality, and yield.

Experience with new product launches, production ramps, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven ability to resolve conflict and build a professional, respectful team culture.

Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining technicians and team leaders.

Strong problem-solving skills using structured methods (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including executive presentations and translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing compliance with safety and work standards.

Able to perform under pressure while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
