As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to become a key part of the German team and help shape the future of their electrical engineering capabilities.
The Role:
- Take ownership of grid connection activities across renewable energy projects, including wind, solar PV and battery storage.
- Manage grid applications, technical submissions and discussions with German grid operators.
- Support electrical design, infrastructure planning and delivery of substations and transformer stations.
- Work closely with development, construction teams, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Help establish processes and best practices as the company grows its German operations.
The Person:
The successful candidate will likely have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience within renewable energy, power systems or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of grid connection processes and experience working with grid operators.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
