THE WHY
To end COPV failure in spaceflight. Every great product starts with a manufacturing process that is reliable, scalable, and continuously improving. Your mission is to take our liner production to the next level.
THE WHAT
You develop and optimise manufacturing processes for our metal liners. From scaling production and increasing automation to improving quality and efficiency, you turn manufacturing challenges into production-ready solutions.
You ensure:
-
Liner production becomes more scalable, automated, and efficient.
-
Manufacturing processes are continuously improved.
-
New products are transferred into production quickly and reliably.
You don't just improve production. You shape how we manufacture.
YOUR MISSION
Scale manufacturing processes: Increase production capacity, automation, and process stability for our liner manufacturing.
- High Performance: Build processes that perform every day.
- Accountability: Better processes create better products.
Support new product development: Help transfer new products into manufacturing with fast, robust, and scalable processes.
- Togetherness: Development and production succeed together.
Drive quality and efficiency: Reduce processing times, improve manufacturing quality, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Candor: Challenge existing processes and make them better.
Take ownership on the shop floor: Work closely with production, solve technical challenges hands-on, and keep manufacturing moving forward.
- Playfulness: Stay curious. Improve every day.
