We are a fast-growing Berlin-based performance marketing agency serving a diverse portfolio of 200+ active clients across industries — including energy, telecoms, and enterprise-scale businesses. Backed by strong processes and an ambitious team, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager ready to take full ownership of complex, high-budget advertising accounts and help clients grow.
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin (office + remote). German language proficiency is required.
Take end-to-end ownership of advertising accounts, independently making strategic decisions on account development and direction.
Strategically plan and build new ad accounts from scratch, quickly ramping up on complex industries and business models.
Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn — with the option to specialize in one or more channels.
Manage seven- to eight-figure annual advertising budgets across multiple channels with full accountability.
Monitor all relevant KPIs closely and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or growth opportunities.
Collaborate with a supportive team of performance marketers to share learnings and best practices.
Required:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Proven experience managing seven- to eight-figure annual ad budgets across multiple channels.
Solid experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong proficiency in both Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.
Ability to independently manage accounts and budgets with minimal supervision.
Business-level German language proficiency.
Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid (office + remote) environment in Berlin.

Salary: €50,000 – €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
