About us
At Bao Gao Club, we believe every dumpling has a story — and every guest should feel part of it. We've just opened our newest location in Prenzlauer Berg and we're building a team that's as warm and lively as our food. Your role
- Welcome guests, guide them to their table, and walk them through our menu
- Take orders confidently, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations
- Serve food and drinks promptly, making sure every dish arrives at its best
- Check in on guests throughout their meal to ensure a great experience
- Clear and reset tables, keep service areas tidy and well-stocked
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for a seamless service flow
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or food service, ideally table service or bar work
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy making guests feel at home
- Calm under pressure and good at juggling multiple things at once
- Fluent English required; basic German essential; Mandarin or Cantonese a bonus
- A real team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative setting
