We’re looking for a Director, Client Partner to join our team in Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this critical role, you will manage and grow key accounts within the Manufacturing and Automotive sector, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with EPAM delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of complex engagements and position EPAM as a strategic partner in digital transformation.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement account strategies within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors to achieve client goals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple accounts
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client engagements and opening new opportunities
- Create and manage strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and EPAM’s service portfolio
- Lead RFP responses, proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to clients
- Define engagement scope, shape solutions, forecast financials and establish effective operating models for delivery success
- Collaborate closely with EPAM’s senior leadership, solution experts and delivery teams to design and execute integrated client strategies
Requirements

Proven experience in roles such as Client Partner, Account Manager, Delivery Partner or related consulting/account leadership roles within IT services
- Demonstrated success managing client engagements in dynamic environments, delivering measurable results
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and software engineering models, with close collaboration experience alongside engineering and design teams
- Track record of growing global accounts in the Manufacturing or Automotive sector
- Expertise in managing client expectations across delivery and commercial topics with confidence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L responsibility and ability to drive account growth through add-on sales
- Strong problem-solving capability combined with consulting approach to client challenges
- Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and influence decision-making
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel as needed
